Softball: Pioneers bust out the bats against Pinckney

The Pioneer softball grabbed an early lead on its way to a 10-6 victory over Pinckney on Wednesday during Senior Night.

Pioneer scored on a double by Ava Seldin in the first inning, a walk in the first inning, and a double by Taryn Curtis in the second inning.

Pioneer collected 13 hits in the win.

Seldin, Curtis, Olivia Gregory and Franny Schulenberg had multiple hits for the Pioneers.

Mimi Maixner earned the win for Pioneer. She pitched seven innings, giving up six runs and striking out one.
