Summer Concert Series: Concerts in the (Burns) park

 
 

Join the fun this summer on Sundays in beautiful Burns Park (at the corner of Wells and Baldwin Ave. on the lawn of the park shelter) for free, live performances at 3 p.m. Rain location is in the Ann Arbor Senior Center. Guy sings songs from Africa, India, Europe and America’s past and present, and performs on instruments authentic to each culture. In addition to learning about the music of other places and times, you’ll also get a chance to sing along on classics like “Yellow Submarine” and “I’m a Believer.”

MUSTARD’S RETREAT TRIO, TOGETHER AGAIN! AUG. 26
David Tamulevich and Michael Hough are Ann Arbor folk scene staples known since the late 1970’s as Mustard’s Retreat. They have rejoined with one-time third member Libby Glover. Their songs, range from humorous to peaceful, and their beautiful vocal harmonies and engaging instrumental work, make this a perfect season ending you will not want to miss!
