Snowflakes Like You’ve Never Seen Them: The Photography of Kelly Boyes


Kelly’s “snowflake camera” is a small point-n-shoot you could carry in your pocket. Nothing really special about the Olympus digital camera except it has this macro setting she likes to use for snowflake shots when out for a hike. I’ve seen her focus on a snowflake holding the camera with one hand and snap the pic without a jiggle. It works. The flakes come out (ahem) crystal clear. Judge for yourself.
