Photo Story: The Gratifying Apricity Of Hudson Mills

Apricity: n. the warmth of the sun in winter.

Like a lot of us, I was waiting for the sun to come out Saturday. When it finally did,  I hopped on a bike and rode out to Hudson Mills Metropark. The late afternoon sun cast a golden shimmer over the park. Bright blue sky, dark blue water, green grass, and a cloud of gnats. The temps will drop into their seasonal norm this week but we’ve appreciated this apricity. I’m no photographer but I took a camera anyway. Here are a few imperfect shots.
