Michigan’s tongue-in-cheek 5th season, Road Construction, is almost here.
Local municipality, county and state projects are all planned and scheduled. The Michigan Department of Transportation has released its statewide projects for 2018. In Washtenaw County, MDOT will resurface US 23 from Milan to Bemis Road.
