The latest updates on road construction in our area:
New
Sager Rd west of Fletcher Rd will have intermittent lane closures due to the installation of a new guardrail beginning 10-29-18. Work is expected to be finished 11-02-18.
Ongoing
Mast Rd between N Territorial and Strawberry Lake Rd will have lane restrictions due to repaving beginning 10-25-18. The road will remain open but motorists should expect delays while the work is being done. The project is expected to be finished 11-02-18.
Dexter-Chelsea Rd between Freer Rd and Steinbach Rd will continue to have intermittent lane closure while a DTE gas line is replaced. Project end is yet to be determined.
Jeffords Street from the alley (behind the PNC/Hackney Hardware) to the corner of Forest and Broad will be closed starting 10-11-18 and is expected to reopen 11-08-18. The street will be open Sundays during construction. The alley behind PNC Bank and Hackney Hardware will remain open.
Recently Completed
I-94 eastbound and westbound nighttime lane closures (9 pm – 6 am) at Wagner Rd for bridge repair.
Pleasant Lake Rd east of Schneider Rd intermittent lane closures due to the installation of a new guardrail.
