Dexter United Methodist Church hosts annual SummerFest/RiverFloat July 14

Dexter United Methodist Church hosts the annual SummerFest/RiverFloat starting at 3:30 p.m. on Sunday, July 14. And this is much more than just some folks floating down the river on a float – which, of course, is cool enough.

This year’s event will include a baptism in the river, the river float, bounce house, sports and board games. There also will be hot dogs and lemonade provided along with a home-made ice cream contest and an after-hours campfire with smores.

Everyone is welcome and encouraged to bring a friend.
