Survey says: Dexter Community Schools is looking for feedback regarding communication, other topics

Dexter Community Schools leaders have sent out a District-wide survey looking for feedback from the community.

“What are some of the things you appreciate and what are some of the things we can improve on about how we communicate as a District,” stated Dexter Superintendent of Schools Chris Timmis in the survey.

“Dexter Community Schools is committed to continuously improving how we communicate with our families and community. Please provide your thoughts on how we are doing and how we can improve.”

While the focus of the survey is on communication, other topics are covered as well including parent involvement, student feedback and the quality of teachers in the District.

The survey is a valuable opportunity to share with the administration how they are doing, what’s working well, and what could be improved upon. The survey, which has been open for 10 days, is only open for 13 more days.

There also is a place to read all the submitted topics and see how they are being rated by other community members, so people can see if others are feeling the same way.
