Volleyball: Dreadnaughts sweep Jackson in SEC White match

The Dexter volleyball team made quick work of SEC White Division foe Jackson on Tuesday night. The visiting Dreadnaughts swept the three sets, dominating from start to finish.

Dexter opened with a 25-20 win in the opening set. They took the second set 25-8 and then finished the sweep with a 25-17 win in the final set.

The Dreadnaughts improved to 23-4-0 on the season.

Jordan Kless had a team-high 12 kills while Quinn LaFontaine and Hanna Quinn each had seven. Eleanor King, Ashley Haralson and Avery Goodrich each had four kills in the victory.

King led Dexter with 25 assists. Delaney Arnedt had 15 assists.

King also led the team with four aces while Arnedt had three.

Kless led Dexter with 14 digs while Livvy Mellifont had 10, Goodrich had seven and Arendt had six.

The Dreadnaughts play on Saturday at the Western Varsity Invitational.
