The Dexter girls’ swimming and diving team continues to swim along with another couple of victories over the last week. On Tuesday, the Dreadnaughts dunked South Lyon 110-76 in a non-league dual meet.
The team of Lauren Witte, Theresa Rutz, Zoe Michos and Sam Durrant took second in the medley relay in 1:59.05.
In the 200 free, Hailee Waters took first in 1:59.98 and Elizabeth Merz was second in 2:07.14.
Charlotte Schultz took first place in the 200 IM with a time of 2:16.10. Michos was second in 2:23.34.
The Dreadnaughts went one-two in diving. Vivian Kinnard was first with 245.75 points and Elysa Grossman took second with 196.35 points.
In the butterfly, Witte took second in 1:03.54.
In the 100 free, Waters was second in 55.10.
Schultz won her second race of the day when she finished first in the 500 free in 5:18.08. The Dreadnaughts dominated the race with Ella Krahn taking second (5:38.62) and Laura Walton third (5:47.85).
The Dreadnaughts team of Durrant, Durand, Waters and Schultz took first in the 200 free in 1:41.64.
The Dreads took the top three spots in the backstroke. Witte was first (1:03.29), Maddi Matos second (1:04.93) and Alexis TerBush was third (1:05.36).
Zoe Michos was second in the breaststroke in 1:14.43.
The Dexter team of Durand, Waters, Witte and Schultz won the 400 free relay in 3:52.67.
On Oct. 17, the Dreadnaughts swam past rival Chelsea 121-65.
Schultz won both the 200 free (1:56.82) and the 500 free (5:14.00).
Waters won the 50 free in 25.28.
Dexter took the top three spots in diving. Lily Witte was first (266.85 points), Kinnard was second (244.60) and Grossman third (220.45).
The Dexter team of Durrant, Durand, Waters and Schultz took first in the 200 free in 1:42.84.
The Dreads took the top three spots in 100 backstroke with Lauren Witte first (1:03.32), TerBush second (1:05.75) and Matos third (1:06.19).
Dexter’s 400 free relay team of Durand, Schultz, Waters and Lauren Witte took first in 3:50.43.
