WCC Suspends On-Campus Operations For Monday, March 16

WCC is suspending on-campus operations for Monday, March 16 while it continues to evaluate workplace policies relating to the coronavirus outbreak.

Classes that have moved to alternate modes of delivery will take place as planned. Online classes will continue as scheduled.

Bailey Library will be the only building open on Monday. A limit of 50 currently-enrolled WCC students at a time will be welcome to seek support from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. The remainder of campus will be closed to students and visitors.

No lab classes will take place on campus the week of March 16-21 as the college continues to evaluate the situation and possible solutions. More information will be shared as available.

Employees should not report to work Monday, unless contacted by their supervisor, and can find more information via their email accounts.

Updates and a list of campus and student resources are being communicated via the following webpage: https://www.wccnet.edu/announcements/coronavirus.php

The health and safety of our community is the college’s primary concern. With guidance from federal, state and local health officials, WCC will continue to monitor this situation and take necessary preemptive steps.
