Slams & S’mores set for Oct. 2 in Monument Park: Performers wanted

The Dexter Arts, Culture, and Heritage Committee is planning a Slams & S’mores event in Monument Park on Saturday, October 2, 2021 starting at 6:30pm following Apple Daze.

As part of the event, the Arts, Culture, and Heritage Committee would like to invite anyone interested to sing a song, lead a sing-along, read a poem or short story, perform a monologue/dialogue from a play, play an instrument, or any other form of performance entertainment from the “open stage” gazebo in Monument Park.

Performers of all ages are welcome to participate. Performances should be not more than 5-minutes. To perform, pre-registration is encouraged, but not required. To sign-up to perform, please visit: https://forms.gle/o7nbqt4QhzRr5oDBA
