BRAG presents Showcase of Homes Oct. 15-17: Tour 16 Homes In-Person & on Zoom

This weekend brings the return of in-person home tours, and convenient LIVE virtual tours in the The Showcase of New & Remodeled Homes is coming up this Friday, Saturday & Sunday, Oct. 15-17, 2021. The housing market is red-hot, with limited inventory of new homes and home improvement pros and resources in high demand and short supply.

This event gives people the chance to explore 10 new and remodeled homes with a single ticket, plus the opportunity to connect LIVE for free with 5 local design/build companies on Zoom.


Visit two lovely homes in the heart of Chelsea presented by Riemco Design Build, a custom craftsman bungalow, and an historic home remodel (pictured). Get inspired to improve your home by visiting the sophisticated, naturally-lit kitchen remodel by Alpha Design+Build. A modern whole home addition and remodel in Ann Arbor by Forward Design Build is certain to “wow” visitors with sleek finishes and fine details. Tour four beautiful models in Pulte Homes communities, with two in Pittsfield Township, and one in Brighton and Canton. A serene home in Brighton by Chestnut Home builders invites you see the gorgeous view of Brighton Recreation area that their ranch home offers, with excellent design and craftsmanship, with maintenance included for you.

Five more remodeled homes are not to be missed, with easy to join Zoom access streaming LIVE from 10 am to 12:30 pm on Saturday, 10/16. Some remodelers are also offering private appointments on Sunday 10/17 that can also be booked on the Showcase website to talk to you about your remodeling plans. These projects are recently completed, large-in-scope, with previews online to help you plan your live virtual experience.


Company owners and designers will present every 30 minutes, and answer questions near the end. People can submit their questions in the chat, and guests will be muted so they can join in the Zoom livestream at any time. The five different times allow guests to visit the homes in any order. Pre-registration will give you all access links to each home (one link will work for the entire time).

See a unique Victorian whole-home remodel with many custom built-in features and colorful charm. See a fabulous home with a spacious deck overlooking a valley with unobstructed views made possible by the glass surround (pictured). A renovated loft and oversized garage allowed the owner’s to have peaceful living space during the whole-home renovation. Multiple custom bars and built in seating make this spot excellent for entertaining!

10 Homes will be open for IN-PERSON VISITS on Friday, Saturday & Sunday 12-6 pm, October 15-17, 2021.

$10 Ticket valid for all 10 homes on all 3 days. Age 16 & under free. Buy online or at homes #1-10 by cash or check. See our website for any COVID-19 mitigation policies at the homes, such as mask requirements and health surveys for some. (Please respect the builders and homeowner’s precautions that make the event possible.)
