BRAG Ann Arbor presents Parade of Homes 2023 June 24-25

ANN ARBOR – Folks looking to make a move or secure a builder or remodeler for their future home will not want to miss the chance to visit nine spectacular homes in the annual Parade of Homes event. Local builders are inviting the public to tour their freshly completed work on Saturday and Sunday, June 24 & 25, 2023. In the mix this year is a net-zero energy home in Northville called “Pond Hill”, a large-scale remodel in Dexter, a serene spec home, a custom modern transitional home, and 5 models with move-in ready homes available. Make certain to visit the brand-new 5 bedroom gem built by the of Ann Arbor Public Schools’ Student Home Building Program, it’s largest home ever, that is for sale on Ann Arbor’s west side.

The homes will be open from 11 to 5pm, with a $10 admission fee valid for all homes. Proceeds go to the BRAG Ann Arbor Foundation, supporting scholarships and grants for young building industry workers and housing related charities.

Homes continue to sell very quickly, attracting buyers interested in the excellent schools and quieter, more spacious lots many of these homes feature.  While some of the models are open beyond Parade of Homes weekend dates, others will ONLY be open for the two days of tours. Visitors are welcome to come to the homes in any order, and can pick up an event magazine with local home improvement resources at any home.  The event provides an opportunity to talk to designers and builders who can help with their remodel, addition, or high-performance custom home, as well as explore and compare models and options in new neighborhoods in Saline, Ann Arbor, and Brighton. Previews of all 9 homes can be found at www.bragannarbor.net/parade-of-homes.

Tickets can be purchased in advance at the BRAG Ann Arbor Event Center at 179 Little Lake Drive, Ann Arbor (M-F) or online (additional fees apply). Tickets will also be sold at all homes, for cash or check only.

The 2023 Parade of Homes is presented by the Builders and Remodelers Association of Greater Ann Arbor (BRAG Ann Arbor) and the Home Builders Association of Livingston County (HBALC).  Sponsored by Absolute Title, DTE Energy, and the University of Michigan Credit Union.
