Description
WAPUR, Washtenaw Area Pick-Up Robotics, is where High School Robotics teams from the FIRST Robotics Competition League throw together a large wheeled robot to play fast, fun 2-on-2 matches involving yoga balls and library shelves!
Kids and families are welcome to watch some matches, meet the teams, try some robot-themed crafts, and cheer on their favorite bots! It’s a great way to see if kids might be interested in someday joining a robotics team. Finals begin at 5 PM!
The Library will be providing a live stream of this event in real-time. A video player will appear on this page 1 hour before the start of the event and be removed at the conclusion of our event. Due to permissions, we will not be able to offer a recording of this event for future viewings.
