Spavia Ann Arbor Exceeds Fundraising Goals for Ozone House During Spavia Cares Month

ANN ARBOR – Spavia Ann Arbor, a prominent health and wellness spa, is proud to announce the success of its recent Spavia Cares initiative, a month-long campaign dedicated to giving back to the community. This year, Spavia Ann Arbor partnered with the Ozone House, a local organization providing essential support for runaway, homeless, and high-risk youth, along with their families.

At Spavia, community engagement and philanthropy are integral to its core values and mission as a company. The Spavia Cares initiative is designed to address the diverse needs of our communities through various avenues such as fundraisers, volunteer efforts, event hosting, and more.

Ozone House is the only organization in Washtenaw County providing free, voluntary, and confidential support for youth ages 10-20, as well as emergency shelter, housing, and assistance for independent living. Available 24/7, Ozone House plays a crucial role in responding to the needs of runaway, homeless, and high-risk youth and their families.

Owners of Spavia Ann Arbor, John and Janet Hunnius, showed exceptional dedication to supporting Ozone House during the Spavia Cares month. Not only did they surpass last year’s fundraising goal of $1,600, but they also raised an impressive $2,200 this year.

Spavia Ann Arbor’s outstanding commitment to Ozone House was further acknowledged with an internal Spavia Cares award. In recognition of this achievement, the corporate office contributed an additional $500 to the charity.
