Paint Dexter Plein Air Festival – Artist Registration

Registration for the 2024 Paint Dexter Plein Air Festival remains open, but spots are filling fast!

This year’s Paint Dexter is shaping-up to be extra special, as the City of Dexter is celebrating its 200 year Bicentennial! To celebrate this milestone during Paint Dexter, a one-time-only competition has been added: the Dexter Bicentennial Competition. This competition, in which all participating artists can participate at no additional cost, will allow artists to select one historic image of Dexter (from a collection) that they will recreate in their unique style. The image selection will be provided closer to the festival, and will be the only competition that allows artists to paint from an picture. More details to come for the Bicentennial Competition!
