Be a judge: Carson’s American Bistro hosts charity event Top Knife Competition

Carson’s American Bistro is hosting a Top Knife Competition, a charity event, where guests who buy tickets become judges for the Mainstreet Ventures Restaurant Group cooking competition.

Anyone from any of the locations regardless of job class (host, cook, dishwasher, server, etc) can compete! Mainstreet chooses a winner from each location and then selects eight overall winners to compete in the competition.

This super fun night is March 26 and will benefit Garrett’s Space.

Garrett’s Space is dedicated to addressing gaps in treatment for young adults experiencing distress due to mental health challenges. They are working to reduce suicides in young adults by providing programming and a holistically focused center that promotes wellness, healing, self-worth and resilience.
