Join Chef Keegan Rodgers,Founder of The Lakehouse Bakery and learn all about his favorite food; PIE! In this hands-on class, participants will learn the difference between pies and tarts, how to make the best pie crust and then make some pie crust to take home.
About the presenter:
Chef Keegan’s passion for baking started with his Granny and was honed at the Culinary Baking and Pastry Arts Program with Honors, from Schoolcraft College. The Lakehouse Bakery’s mission is to provide delicious, from scratch baked goods (bread, muffins, cookies, pies, and SO much more!) using simple, easy to pronounce, high quality ingredients delivered through our exemplary customer service.
