Ann Arbor’s Annual Trick or Treat Parade Returns to Main Street!

Ann Arbor – Main Street Ann Arbor is thrilled to announce the return of its highly anticipated Trick or Treat Parade, taking place on October 27, 2024. Families, friends, and community members are invited to celebrate Halloween in downtown Ann Arbor with a festive day of trick-or-treating, costumes, and family-friendly entertainment.

This beloved event will bring together local businesses and the community, with participating merchants offering treats to costumed children along Main Street. The costume parade will begin at 12 PM, with lineup starting at 11:30 AM at the Ann Arbor District Library. After the parade, other spooktacular festivities will continue until 3 PM, giving families plenty of time to enjoy the Halloween spirit while exploring downtown.

Event Highlights:

● Trick or Treating: Local businesses will hand out candy and goodies to children dressed in their Halloween best.

● Costume Parade: A fun and lively parade for children of all ages to showcase their creative costumes. Line-up begins at 11:30 AM at the Ann Arbor District Library.

● Family-Friendly Activities: Enjoy games, music, and activities that will keep the Halloween spirit alive for everyone.

How to Participate:

● The event is free and open to the public.

● Families are encouraged to wear costumes and bring a bag for collecting treats.

● Participating businesses will be marked with black and orange balloons outside their establishments.
