From the City of Dexter:
Emergency road work is necessary due to a failed storm sewer on Dan Hoey. The road will be closed starting Thursday, March 1, 2018 after the morning rush hour. The road needs to close tomorrow because the impending rain will continue to degrade the roadway due to the failed pipe. Work on the repair will either begin Thursday or Friday depending on the weather. The road is scheduled to be re-opened by rush hour on Monday morning.
Access to Walkabout Creek, the Dexter Community Schools Bus Loop, Cornerstone Elementary School and the Industrial Park will be maintained from Baker Road. Access to DAPCO and Mill Creek Middle will be maintained from Dexter Ann Arbor Road.
