Success in girls’ basketball in Dexter is not limited to the high school.
The seventh-grade girls’ basketball team at Mill Creek finished their season with a perfect 12-0 record this year. The team played exceptionally well together with every player working hard to make the team better.
The team played to a team concept, encouraging and being supportive of one another on and off the floor. The team had great speed and hustled all of the time.
The team was also very coachable, they picked things up very quickly which allowed them to run multiple defenses against opponents.
