Max Field Hockey released its list of the top West/Midwest players to watch. The web site recognizes the top 40 players to watch from the West/Midwest Region for the 2019 High School season.
The region includes players from Michigan, California, Colorado, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Missouri, Ohio, Oklahoma, Texas and Wisconsin.
Washtenaw County was well represented with five players, including three from Dexter, on the list.
Pioneer senior Serena Brimacombe, a midfielder; Dexter senior Laura “Maggie” Jones, a goalkeeper; Dexter junior Kylee Niswonger, midfielder/forward; Saline senior Erin Reilly, a midfielder; and Dexter senior Abigail Tamer, a midfielder, all made the top 40 list.
