DEXTER – Chelsea State Bank awards scholarships to two Dexter High School Seniors.
“After evaluating ten competitive scholarship applications this year, Chelsea State Bank is pleased to grant Kaylan Clair and Cosette Serrano Hernandez each a scholarship to support their college education,” stated Joanne Rau, President and CEO of Chelsea State Bank. “Both recipients are aspiring to pursue careers in business, and after speaking with them individually, I am confident they will reach their full potential.”
