Terry Jacoby

Terry Jacoby

Terry Jacoby is a multi-award winning writer, columnist, photographer and designer with more than 25 years of experience in journalism. He was the editor of the Dexter Leader in 2007 when it was named “Newspaper of the Year” by the Michigan Press Association. He was the editor of the Chelsea Standard the following year when it won “Newspaper of the Year.” Jacoby has worked at three top daily newspapers: The Detroit News, The Sacramento Bee and the Democrat and Chronicle (Rochester, NY). He currently does freelance work for the Pittsburgh Penguins, Hour Detroit Magazine and FUEL soccer magazine. He is the founding member of the Detroit original rock band Rummler (rummlermusic.com). He has been covering Dexter sports for almost 10 years and is looking forward to helping create a destination news and entertainment source Dexter not only will be proud of but deserves.
