ANN ARBOR – A wide variety of spectacular homes and projects will be open for tours in this year’s annual Showcase of Homes. Many homes will be open one weekend only, happening June 21 & 22, 2025. The Greater Ann Arbor area’s annual Showcase of New & Remodeled Homes and Outdoor Living event gives people a first-hand connection to a newly constructed home, or a custom builder or remodeler.
New to the mix this year are 2 landscaping projects, offering examples of living spaces connecting your home to the outdoors. The public can learn about design concepts and explore the latest trends, while connecting with leading local professionals to help answer questions for their future home purchase or improvements.
Highlights include:

• Home #3 – A New Custom Home: “Ridgetop of Saline”, this beautiful modern home overlooks a beautiful rolling hillside. It is designed for hosting family and friends in its central open concept living, kitchen, and dining room space. Floor-to-ceiling glass on the south facing elevation brings in natural light, and a wood clad rear porch connects the main living space to the spacious yard beyond.
