The Dexter Area Chamber of Commerce presents the annual “Trick or Treat” for area children on Friday, Oct. 30.
Downtown businesses will be offering tricks or treats from noon to 5 p.m. Participating businesses will be marked with balloons.
There also will be the fun and festive event at Monument Park from 2 to 5 p.m.
